كيف يتعامل إصدار Business Messaging Desk AI التجريبي مع بياناتك.
مسودة قبل الإطلاق: تمت إضافة بريد الدعم الذي قدمه صاحب المشروع، لكن يجب استكمال إجراءات حذف البيانات السحابية ومراجعة السياسات وهوية الناشر قبل تفعيل الخدمة العامة.
من نحن؟
Business Messaging Desk AI مشروع برمجي مستقل في مرحلة التطوير. بريد التواصل الذي قدمه صاحب المشروع متاح أدناه، وما زالت هوية الناشر القانونية تحتاج إلى تحديد ومراجعة قبل الإطلاق العام. هذا الموقع التعريفي لا يحتوي نموذج تسجيل أو شراء.
بيانات الموقع
الموقع ثابت ولا يحتاج إنشاء حساب، ولا يحتوي أدوات تحليلات أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع. إذا استضافته جهة خارجية فقد تُعالَج معلومات الاتصال التقنية مثل عنوان IP وسجلات الطلبات وفق سياسة الجهة المستضيفة.
بيانات برنامج Windows
ينظم البرنامج بيانات العملاء والمبيعات والكتالوج والملاحظات محليًا في قاعدة بيانات SQLite داخل حساب Windows. كلمات مرور الحساب المحلي لا تُخزَّن كنص صريح. مفتاح AI — عند تفعيله صراحةً — يخزَّن مشفرًا باستخدام وسائل الحماية المتاحة في Windows. لا يعني ذلك أن قاعدة بيانات العملاء كلها مشفرة على القرص.
ربط Meta وواتساب
ميزة Meta Embedded Signup حاليًا في مرحلة التجربة ولم تُفعّل للخدمة العامة. عند إطلاقها، قد تعالج بوابة HTTPS رسائل العملاء ومعرّفات حسابات واتساب، وتخزن رموز الوصول مشفرة على الخادم. سيعالج Meta وWhatsApp البيانات وفق شروطهما وسياساتهما.
مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي
استخدام AI اختياري، ويتطلب مفتاح API خاصًا بالمستخدم وموافقة على طلب المسودة. يمكن إرسال محتوى السؤال وسياق المنتجات اللازم لتوليد المسودة إلى مزود AI؛ لذلك لا تدخل معلومات حساسة إلا إذا كنت مخولًا بمعالجتها. لا يتم إرسال رد واتساب تلقائيًا في النسخة التجريبية.
المشاركة والاحتفاظ والحذف
لا يبيع المشروع بيانات العملاء للمعلنين. تبقى البيانات المحلية على جهازك حتى حذفها أو حذف ملف التطبيق. وسيتم تحديد مدد الاحتفاظ بالبيانات السحابية وإجراءات الطلبات قبل تشغيل الخدمة العامة. راجع تعليمات حذف البيانات.

Who operates this product?
Business Messaging Desk AI is an independent software project under development. The project owner has supplied the support contact shown below; the legal publisher identity still needs to be confirmed before public launch. This informational website does not contain checkout or account signup.
Website data
This is a static website. It does not use an analytics tracker or tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and access logs under their own policies.
Windows application data
The software manages leads, catalogs, quotes and notes locally in a SQLite database within the Windows user profile. Local sign-in passwords are not stored as plaintext. An optional AI API key is encrypted using Windows protection features. This does not imply that the entire customer database is encrypted at rest.
Meta and WhatsApp
The Meta Embedded Signup flow remains a development preview and is not live for public customers. After launch, an HTTPS gateway may process WhatsApp account identifiers and message content, storing access tokens encrypted server-side. Meta and WhatsApp independently process data under their own policies.
AI drafts
AI is opt-in and requires a user-supplied provider key and an explicit drafting request. The question and relevant product details may be sent to the AI provider. Do not input sensitive data unless authorized to process it. No WhatsApp replies are automatically sent in the preview.
Sharing, retention and deletion
The project does not sell customer data to advertisers. Local records remain on the computer unless deleted. Cloud retention and operational deletion procedures must be finalized before public service activation. Read the data deletion instructions.
